The Spokane Air Quality Index (AQI) listing is 246, or "very unhealthy". West Valley will follow the recommended guidelines for schools. All schools will follow the recommendations for "very unhealthy" air quality. Students will be admitted into the buildings as they arrive at school. There will be no outdoor recess or outdoor physical education class. Outdoor athletic practices and games will be cancelled.
